You can’t focus on everything – your goals are like panning for gold – find the five things that:

1. Help you make a transformation

2. Move you to the next level

3. Make you get out of bed

4. Help you move towards feeling good about yourself and your life

5. Supports others as well as yourself move on in life

Why do people feel bad after Christmas and New Year? – time for renewal and great stuff !
